HOW DO YOU HANG THE GARLAND?

You can always tie the garland to a structure. If that’s not the case, we also provide command hooks and instructions.

HOW LONG WILL THE BALLOONS LAST?

We proudly source from brands like Qualatex, Tuftex, and Betallatex to bring you the highest quality products available in the market so that you can see the difference between what you buy here, compared to what you find at your local craft store. All of our balloons are PROFESSIONAL grade. They are highly durable and high quality. Balloons stay fresh for up to a week, typically. But, if stored indoors at room temperature, the balloons can last for up to 3 weeks!

Please note, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up or delivered. All balloons are final sale. No color changes to be made 2 weeks of event date. To reserve your booking date, 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 3 days of booking, with remaining balance due the day of the event.

DO WE DELIVER?

Yes! There is a $15 delivery fee for delivery within a 20 miles radius of Joplin, MO.  Further away? No problem, please send us an email with your location and we will get you a custom quote based on distance.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, please contact us to arrange a set time and place to meet. Typically I meet people at Starbucks on 4th & Rangeline in Joplin, MO but can arrange to meet somewhere else if needed!
